EMPLOYERS Opens Salt Lake City Office
RENO, Nev. – October 26, 2006 – EMPLOYERS announced today that it has established a new office in Salt Lake City to serve the workers' compensation insurance needs of Utah's small businesses.
The new office increases the workers' compensation insurance options available to Utah's growing number of independent, entrepreneurial-style businesses. EMPLOYERS specializes in providing workers' compensation insurance and services to small businesses in low- to medium-hazard groups. Insurance is offered through its subsidiaries, Employers Insurance Company of Nevada and Employers Compensation Insurance Company.
Chris Swensen, Executive Sales Representative for the EMPLOYERS Western Region, is heading up the Salt Lake City office staff. “Our group of companies could not help but recognize Utah's healthy rate of economic growth and attractive business climate. Just like our other eight territorial offices, this location will provide superior coverage and specialized services to each of the small companies we insure,” Swensen said.
Swensen is a Utah-licensed insurance agent who previously wrote property and casualty insurance for the Utah Automobile Dealers Association. He also spent several years writing health and dental insurance for Utah's franchised automotive dealerships.
