EMPLOYERS' footprint expanded from 11 to 30 states with the AmCOMP acquisition and required a quick, seamless integration of disparate IT infrastructure technology to enable the merged operations to maximize the strategic acquisition. Upon completing the AmCOMP acquisition, Ayoub led the seamless integration of multiple complex IT infrastructure including two Data Center moves, positioning EMPLOYERS for a smooth transition not only for the merged operations, but also for their highly valued insurance agents and policyholders. Under Ayoub's leadership, the IT integration team swiftly delivered great value to the merged organization to effectively support mission critical operations and drive improved productivity across the company.
